The bill (Reg. No. 2843) suggests establish that persons subjected to the legislative norm of free provision of coal for the household requirements, personnel and retired workers of mining enterprises that worked at mining enterprises after liquidation or conservation of a mining enterprise may be provided with free coal and peal briquettes depending on maintability of houses’ heating system.
