The bill (Reg. No. 2471a) suggests establish that provisions of this bill according to which economic entities exporting gas and natural gas in gaseous state pay the export duty rate amounting to 35% of these goods’ customs value, but not less than UAH 400 per 1000 cubic meters; when exporting natural gas in liquefied state they pay export duty rate in the amount of 35% of these goods’ customs value, but not less than UAH 400 for one ton if higher rates of export duty are not established by international agreements. The Verkhovna Rada shall establish obligatoriness of these agreements. These provisions are not applied to export of these goods to the Energy Community member-states.
