The bill (Reg. No. 3061) suggests establish that entry and amendments of the data of the State Land Cadastre is free of charge.
According to the bill, providing data from the State Land Cadastre should be paid for, while providing data from the State Land Cadastre on request of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, executive authorities and local authorities is free of charge.
The bill also contains a norm according to which the government has to establish a list, amount and procedure for collecting such fees.
