Celebrating this holiday is a great opportunity to express gratitude to people who have chosen for themselves hard but very noble and important work that is based on the foundations of the Good and Mercy. Your function, very topical for any country, - is everyday support of those who need it the most, first and foremost veterans, pensioners, people with disabilities, orphans and other socially vulnerable categories of citizens.
Today the priority task of Ukrainian government is efficient implementation of social policy, forming European standards of living, ensuring guarantees of compliance with Constitutional rights to social protection of our fellow citizens.
On you, dear social sphere workers, we lay high hopes since the destiny of thousands of Ukrainian citizens depend on your professional qualifications, kind-heartedness and ability to lend your shoulder to people, and to feel someone else’s pain. Very often you become those people who not only help but save lives. This inspires great respect in the society.
On this holiday I wish you all health, happiness, family well-being, strength and new achievements in the name of devotion to the highest humanist ideals.
