The bill (Reg. No. 2262a) suggests determine requirements to rendering pre-medical care and establish administrative responsibility for their violation.
The respective amendments are to be made to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the Basics of Ukrainian legislation on health care, and the Law “On Emergency Medicine”.
Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which, they believe, will allow establish stable system of rendering pre-medical care in Ukraine, which shall allow decrease the death rate.
