The Committee on Foreign Affairs recommends that the Parliament should ratify the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of India on scientific and technological cooperation

Under the Agreement, concluded on December 10, 2012 in New Delhi, the Contracting Parties shall promote development of bilateral cooperation on the basis of equality and mutual benefit in the field of science and technology and in the spheres that are of mutual interest, with consideration of future prospects and experience of scientists and experts of the Contracting Parties.  

The Committee noted that ratification of the Agreement shall promote adjusted policy in the top priority directions that are of mutual interest for the development of science and technology; harmonization of content of its separate components, as well as respective national regulatory and legal basis of member states of the Agreement.   

The respective bill was registered under No. 0041.
