The Committee on Foreign Affairs recommends that the Parliament should ratify the Agreement between Ukraine and the Republic of India on Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters

The Agreement aims at establishing efficient cooperation of competent bodies of both Parties by providing mutual legal assistance in civil and commercial matters and establishing the mechanism of mutual recognition and execution of courts’ judgments.   

Under article 2 of the Agreement, the Ministry of Justice is the central body responsible for fulfillment of the Agreement in Ukraine.
