The Committee on Foreign Affairs recommends that the Parliament should ratify the agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Sudan on cooperation in the sphere of research and use of cosmic space for peaceful purposes

The Agreement aims at establishing legal platform for cooperation between Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Sudan in the sphere of cosmic space in the directions that are of mutual interests for both Parties; establishing directions and forms of cooperation; allocation of rights to objects of intellectual property; cooperation in the sphere of data exchange; establishing mechanisms for settling disputes, etc.

The Agreement determines the forms of cooperation within this Agreement.
