The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Chornobyl Aftermath Mitigation does not uphold the draft law on amendments to the Law “On the List of Licensing Documents in the Sphere of Economic Activity” re exclusion of concerted motions from the list of licensing documents

The bill (Reg. No. 3269) suggests excluding form the List of licensing documents clause 100 regarding “Approval of petitions on subsoil use for the purpose of geological exploration, exploitation of mineral deposits of state significance and for other purposes not connected with mining operations”.

Committee members noted that “the suggested decision is not a comprehensive approach, since the abovementioned List stil includes clauses 96 and 101”.
