The Committee on Foreign Affairs recommends that the Parliament should ratify the Protocol between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on withdrawal of certain products from free trade to the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on free trade of July 6, 2001

According to the Protocol, the goods, nomenclature of which is provided in Appendix 1 to this Protocol, are withdrawn from free trade and are subject to import tax when they are delivered from the customs territory of Ukraine to the customs territory of the Republic of Tajikistan. The goods, nomenclature of which is provided in Appendix 2 to this Protocol, are withdrawn from free trade and are subject to export tax when they are delivered from the customs territory of Ukraine to the customs territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.    

Also according to this document, each Party shall provide upon request of the other Party information on: customs duty, taxes and customs dues; provisions on customs clearance, transporting, warehousing, overloading and other similar services; methods and types of payments; issuing export licences.
