The Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill on amendments to the Law “On State Assistance to Families with Children” (re accumulation of funds)

The bill (Reg. No. 2134a) suggests settle a set of issues on providing monthly state assistance for orphans and children deprived of parental care who are raised in foster families and family type children’s homes. As it was mentioned before, these issues today are being settled by delegated legislation.   

Moreover, the document suggests supplement a list of payments stipulated by the Law “On State Assistance to Families with Children”.  

The Committee thinks it is necessary to supplement the provisions of the bill, in case of its adoption as a basis, with several norms of the bill on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re strengthening social security of orphans, children deprived of parental care and persons form among them (Reg. No. 2017a).
