The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re providing information on state registration of rights and their encumbrances from the State registry of property rights to immovable property

The bill (Reg. No. 3305) suggests expanding the power of notaries in the sphere of state registration of rights to immovable property in the part of assigning them with a function to provide an extract from the State registry of property rights to immovable property.  

Committee members believe that implementation of bill provisions will secure proper implementation of rights of legal and natural persons to objects of immovable property and provide access to information on state registration of rights and their encumbrances from the State registry of property rights to immovable property.
