The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to the article 6 of the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” (re National Joint-Stock Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine”)

The legislative act supplements article 6 of the Law “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” with clause 4. The clause stipulates the opportunity to provide National Joint-Stock Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” with state guarantees by commitments, within the maximum amount of state guarantees (up to UAH 50 billion), as established by article 6 of this Law.  

The respective bill was registered under No. 2476а.
