The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the bill on amendments to the Land Code re reducing the cost of work on the preparation and conduct of land auctions

 The bill (Reg. No. 3099) suggests reduce the limiting level of remuneration payment to an executor of a land auction and also suggests not to oblige organizers to publish information about the land auction in mass media of national, regional and local spheres of distribution.     

As it was noted during the discussion, these measures should activate practice of conducting land auctions which will promote obtaining additional state budget revenues.
