During the meeting, working group members paid attention to absence of single comprehensive approach to resolving housing problems, necessity of developing a legal document which would define basic principles of elaboration and implementation of state housing policy.
The bill, that is being elaborated, stipulates that basic legal, economic, social and organizational principles of state housing policy, as an integral part of internal policy of Ukraine, should be defined.
During the bill’s elaboration, considerable attention was paid to novelties that stipulate public settlement of issues on elaboration and implementation of state housing policy, use of state and local budget funds, discussion of draft legislative acts on state housing policy issues, etc.
