The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice supports the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re reducing the number of licensing documents

The bill (Reg. No. 2436a) aims at refining conditions for running business by eliminating unnecessary restrictions in carrying out economic activities.
It is suggested make amendments to 37 legislative acts of Ukraine, under which the number of licensing documents, outlined in special legislative acts and included into the List of licensing documents approved by the law of May 19, 2011 Reg. No. 3392, shall be reduced the same as the number of licensing documents that were not included into the above mentioned List, however, required by legislation.
