The bill (Reg. No. 2202a) establishes that sale of fishing food products
and domestic circulation of crude foodstuff of animal origin, produced by
economic entity, as well as end product of animal origin for human consumption
should be carried out given the declaration of manufacturer and not a vet
certificate or vet note, as stipulated by the applicable provisions.
The document was elaborated with a view to exclude unnecessary
procedures from the legislatively established order of food products
circulation.
