The bill (Reg. No. 2292a) suggests establish rental payment for secondary and infant educational establishments, irrespective of subordination, type and form of ownership, on terms stipulated for immovable property rental payment by budgetary organizations and institutions that are maintained at the cost of state and local budgets.
It was stressed that adoption and implementation of the bill promote development of the network of secondary and infant educational institutions, irrespective of subordination, type and form of ownership.
