The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re certifying copies (photocopies) of documents and their extracts, and authenticity of signature on the documents

The bill (Reg. No. 3077) aims at optimizing the necessity of mandatory notarial certification of copies (photocopies) of documents and their extracts, as well as authenticity of signature on the documents in order to further use them in business intercourse; to provide the possibility of their certification by state authorities, local self-government, enterprises, institutions and organizations; and in order to simplify the procedure of processing such documents avoiding undue financial burden on legal and natural persons.  

The bill suggest amend the Labour Code of Ukraine and the laws “On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl, cognac and fruit alcoholic beverages and tobacco products”, “On privatization of small state enterprises (small privatization)”, “On export, import and return of cultural values”, “On licensing of certain types of economic activity”, “On Credit Unions”, "On Grain and Grain Market in Ukraine", “On Automobile Transport” etc.

It was noted that the bill suggest amend 14 legislative acts of Ukraine.
