The bill (Reg. No. 2538a) suggests abolish the requirements for obtaining a permit from the councils’ executive committees for refurbishment and replanning of residential accommodations and buildings which should not stipulate intervention into bearing and inclosing structures or engineering systems and necessity of mandatory putting the object into operation after finishing such work both for residential accommodations, given to citizens for unlimited use in houses of state or public residential properties, and for accommodation belonging to citizens on the right of ownership.
The Committee members supported the bill, adoption of which would help simplify the authorization system and improve the legislation in the sphere of urban development, help exercise citizens’ rights to creating favourable living conditions and improve quality of current residential properties.
