The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to article 98 of the Constitution of Ukraine” (re powers of the Accounting Chamber)

According to the law, the Accounting Chamber exercises control on receipt of funds to and use of funds from the State Budget of Ukraine. Organization, powers and operating procedures of the Accounting Chamber are defined by the law.    

 

The respective bill was registered under No. 2049.
