The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill on amendments to the Law “On State land cadastre” re canceling fees for entering data and its amendments to State land cadastre

The bill (Reg. No. 3061) suggests establish that entry of the data and its amendments to the State land cadastre is free of charge.

 

It is also suggested to establish that providing data from the State land cadastre should be paid for, while providing data from the State land cadastre on request of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, executive authorities and local authorities is free of charge.       

 

The bill also contains a norm according to which the government has to establish a list, amount and procedure for collecting such fees.
