The Committee on Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities recommends that the Parliament adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On mandatory state pension insurance” (re pensionable service for allocating minimum pension)

The bill (Reg. No. 2997) suggests:

establish minimum size of retirement pension, stipulated by article 28 of the Law “On mandatory state pension insurance”, if men have 30 years of pensionable service, women – 25;

amend part XV of the Law “On mandatory state pension insurance”.
