The Committee on Judicial Policy recognized the draft law on amendments top the Tax Code re simplification of enforcement the proceeding procedures as non-contradicting to the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine

The bill (Reg. No. 2977) aims at eliminating obstacles in the work of state executors in order to ensure timely budget inflow of money, collected following the resolutions on imposition of administrative infringements.

In particular, it is suggested supplement the sub clause 21.1.7. of clause 21.1. of article 21 of the Tax Code of Ukraine and clause 3 of part three of article 11 of the Law “On Enforcement Proceedings”.  

In view of the fact that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is the only legislative body in Ukraine, introduction of amendments to the existing legislation suggested by the bill, comply with the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine.

The Committee concluded that the bill does not contradict provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine.
