Committee on Budget recommends the Parliament to adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law on amendments to the article 6 of the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” (re National Joint-Stock Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine”)

The bill (Reg. No. 2476a) suggests supplement article 6 of the Law “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” with clause 4. The clause stipulates the opportunity to provide National Joint-Stock Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” with state guarantees by commitments, within the maximum amount of state guarantees (up to UAH 50 billion), as established by article 6 of this Law.   

The Committee took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada, following the results of consideration in the first reading, adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety, considering specification of numeration of the new clause ("5" instead of "4").
