The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re execution of court’s judgments

It was noted that the bill (reg. No. 2399) aims at ensuring absolute
fulfillment of state’s obligations according to the pilot judgment of the
European Court of Human Rights in the case of “Yuriy Mykolayovych Ivanov
against Ukraine”.
The bill suggests amending laws “On Enforcement Proceedings” and “On
State Guarantees for Execution of Court’s Judgment”.
