The bill (Reg. No. 2522a) was referred for improvement of the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine and strengthening of the present guarantees of judges’ independence that will give an opportunity to change the present procedure for judges’ appointment and dismissal, to reduce the role of the political bodies in this process, and it will allow to delegate authorities concerning resolving issues connected with judges activity to the jurisdiction of bodies, mostly composed of judges.
Bill amends the Constitution of Ukraine.
