To the organizers and participants

of the Council of Bulgarians of Ukraine

Dear friends!

Please, accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of holding the Council of Bulgarians dedicated to the 20th establishment anniversary of the All-Ukrainian public organization “Association of Bulgarians of Ukraine”.

It is a great pleasure to appreciate significant contribution of the Association in development of Ukrainian and Bulgarian relationships, and in preservation of traditions, cultural and humanitarian heritage of Bulgarians on the territory of Ukraine.

Ukraine and Bulgaria are united in many different ways – not only by Slavic origin, ethnic and linguistic closeness, common history, centuries-long relations in religious, cultural, economic, social and political spheres of life, but also by implementing large scale reforms, similarity of foreign economic priorities, proximity to the Black Sea.

Peoples of both countries have proven their wisdom and ability to live and cooperate in the atmosphere of mutual trust, respect and partnership. This is a serious argument and a guarantee of our successful cooperation in the future on the way to democratic development and integration to the European community.

I am convinced that the Council of Bulgarians of Ukraine will give a new impetus to bilateral relations of our countries and will become a great opportunity to join a generous life-giving source of cultural values and achievements of fraternal peoples.

I sincerely wish you all the best, peace and prosperity!

Volodymyr RYBAK
