Dear compatriots!
I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the Day of the State Flag of Ukraine!
Blue and yellow colours of the State Flag are the symbols of freedom and independence, glory and revival of Ukraine that embodies steadfast faith, inflexible courage and selfless love to Homeland.
The State Flag symbolizes victories and successes of Ukraine. The brightest achievements of the state and its citizens on the international arena are necessarily accompanied by raising of the State Flag to strains of the National Anthem. This is the highest honour and a great pride for all Ukrainians.
It has fallen to our lot to create new history of our country that possesses powerful economic, industrial and intellectual potential. I am of firm belief that the Ukrainian Flag will always proudly wave in the world as a symbol of powerful and prospering Ukrainian state!
I wish you sound health, welfare, happiness and optimism! May life in Ukraine will always remain peaceful as the blue sky and generous as a golden-yellow field!
