My sincere congratulations with an honorable jubilee - the 375th anniversary of the city establishment!
Chuhuiv is a land with a long and glorious history that starts from the settlements of Ukrainian Cossacks and Russian shooters, military camp to one of the industrial and cultural centers of Kharkiv Oblast, the city of highly professional machine builders, engineers, artists, and poets.
Your city gave to the world a talented artist Illia Riepin. The history of Chuhuiv is closely connected with the life of scientist-surgeon Yefrem Mukhin, writers Oleksii Yevstafiev, Stepan Aleksandrov, poets Borys Chychybabin and many other prominent people.
Traditions of Kharkiv artistic school are safeguarded and developed on the annual international Riepin plain-airs that unite artists from all corners of Ukraine.
Today, invaluable wealth of the city is its honest, decent and talented people who honorably continue and enrich the heritage of their predecessors, trying to make their country richer.
I cordially wish you sound health, inexhaustible creative energy and inspiration, generous destiny, prosperity, great and new achievements.
