The Chairman of the Organized Crime Control and Anti-Corruption Committee Viktor Chumak presented awards to the winners of student research on "Solutions to the problem of corruption in higher education institutions"

 In particular, the Committee Chairman stressed that the participants of the contest not only clearly understand the nature and causes of the phenomenon of corruption in the education sector, but also provide interesting and unusual recipes for combating this phenomenon. “Today it is very pleasant to see and hear young people with completely formed values, life priorities and defined public position,” V. Chumak said.

He also said: “The Future of Ukraine is in the hands of young people, that is why today it is very important to involve them in all important socio-political processes in the country.”

Mariia Karpyshyn (National University “Kyiv Mohyla Academy”), Maksym Trykur (Taras Shevcenko Kyiv National University), Svitlana Loboda (Kherson National Technical University) won the competition. V.Chumak presented awards to the winners and invited them for further cooperation with the Committee.   

The contest was organized by the Committee, the non-governmental organization on combating corruption “Transparency International” and youth public organization “Youth team of Vitaliy Klychko.” More than 100 students from the leading universities of Ukraine participated in the contest.
