The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re issuance of a permit to hire employees, so that they further could perform work in Ukraine for another employer

The bill (Reg. No. 2118a) suggests determine the order of issuance, denial and annulment of permissions to hire employees, so that they further performed work for another employer.  

It was noted that adoption of bill will allow the State Employment Service of Ukraine start issuing such permissions and help legally regulate activity of economic entities.
