The Committee on Industrial and Investment Policy proposes that the Parliament should recommit the draft law “On the principles of state regulation of synthetic detergents and household products”

The bill (Reg. No. 2535) suggests settling legal relations arising in the process of legal exercising of state regulation in the sphere of handling with detergents and household products, as well as abolition to use phosphate based detergents and household products on the territory of Ukraine.

People’s deputies did not support proposed by the project division of responsibilities of bodies to conduct state control in the sphere of use of synthetic detergents and household chemicals, etc.
