The Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law “On amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine re abolishment of certain tax privileges”

The bill (Reg. No. 2474a) suggests exclude clauses 14 and 16 from the part 1 of article 282 of the Customs Code of Ukraine that grant privileges regarding exemption from import-export taxation.
