The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re return of state control and production by state enterprises of documents and forms requiring use of special security elements

The bill (Reg.No. 2435a) suggests amending the Economic Code of Ukraine, Laws “On National Bank of Ukraine”, “On State Purchases”, “On Administrative Services”, “On the Single State Demographic Register and Documents confirming citizenship of Ukraine,  identity or his/her social status.”

The Committee members deem adoption of the bill will ensure state control for production, pricing and turnover of documents of strict accountability, reduce their cost and dramatically increase revenues to the state budget.
