The law amends the Tax Code of Ukraine in connection with establishment of the Ministry of Income and Levy on the basis of the State Tax Service and the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
Amendments to the respective provisions of the Tax Code stipulate implementation of income and levy bodies into the existing tax administration system, instead of tax bodies (bodies of state tax service).
The respective bill, being amended during discussion, was registered under No. 2833.
