The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine in connection with introduction of state registration of property rights to immovable property and their encumbrances”

The law aims at bringing the existing legislative acts of Ukraine in line with legislation requirements due to introduction of the system of state registration of property rights to immovable property.

The respective bill was registered under No. 1177.
