Legislative act eliminates inconsistencies between the laws “On Collective Agreements and Treaties”, “On Local Self-government in Ukraine” and the Labor Code of Ukraine in the issues pertaining to determination of authorities to make notification registration of collective agreements and treaties of the respective level.
The law determines also the authorities of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding approval of notification registration of industrial (inter- industrial) and territorial agreements as well as collective agreements.
The law was approved with consideration of proposal made during discussion.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2021а.
