Legislative act amends articles 118 and 123 Land Code that specify cartographic information which should be supplemented to the motion on providing free of charge ownership or use of a land plot of state or municipal ownership. Apart from this, the document stipulates new version of article 53-5 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, establishing liability for violation of the term of adjusting documentation (rejection to adjust) on reallocation of land.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2130.
