The Committee on Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities recommends that Parliament should adopt as a basis the bills on amendments to the Law “On Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities in Ukraine”

The Committee members recommend that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities in Ukraine” re bringing cash compensations for petroleum, repair and car service of disabled people in line with modern prices and tariffs (Reg. No. 2796) and the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities in Ukraine” (re setting minimum amount of certain cash compensations) (Reg. No. 2069a).     

At the meeting of the Committee it was noted that the main aim of the mentioned bills is to increase cash compensations for petroleum, repair and car service predicted by the Law “On Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities in Ukraine.”  

Particularly, the bill Reg. No. 2796 and the bill Reg. No. 2096a suggest amendments to article 28 of the Law “On Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities in Ukraine.”
