The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy recommends that Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law “On amendments to several laws of Ukraine re reducing the number of licensing documents to be received by food business operators”

At the meeting of the Committee it was noted that the bill (Reg. No. 2938) aimed at simplification of economic agents’ activity, deregulation of entrepreneurial activity, harmonization of legislation of Ukraine with the EU legislation in part of release of permits.   

Particularly, it suggests amendments to the Law “On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl, cognac and fruit alcoholic beverages and tobacco products” and “On Safety and Quality of Food Products.”

The Committee members deem adoption of the bill will ensure positive impact on market environment, rights and interests of economic agents.
