The Committee on Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities recommends that the Parliament should withdraw the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance” re pension recomputation procedure

The bill (Reg. No. 2587) suggests make amendments to article 42, 43 of the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance.”

Realization of the initiative in suggested version can reduce pensions for the entire period since the abolition of the previous recomputation.
