The following laws were adopted in entirety:
“On Amendments to the Final Provisions of the Law “On the Regulation of Urban Development” (re postponing the ban on land allocation)
The legislative act moves the time of entry into force of parts 3 and 4 of the article 24 of the current law that already entered into force, from 1 January 2013 to 1 January 2015. These rules bans distribution (provision) of land from state or municipal ownership or use to natural and legal persons for urban needs in the absence of zoning plan or detailed plan of the territory.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2363-1.
“On Amendments to the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Several Legislative Acts of Ukraine in connection with the adoption of the Tax Code of Ukraine” re postponement of liability for failure of electronic reporting
The legislative act shifts dates of entry into force of paragraphs 13-15 of subclause 9, clause 25 of chapter 1 of the Law “On Amendments to Several Legislative Acts of Ukraine in connection with the adoption of the Tax Code of Ukraine.”
The respective bill was registered under No.2087a-1.
“On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re elimination of restrictions in performing economic activity”
The law reduces administrative pressure on entrepreneurs by introducing restrictions on interference of government entities into the economic activity of entrepreneurs.
The law amends the Code of Administrative Court Procedure, Code on Civil Protection of Ukraine and the Law “On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sphere”.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2698.
“On Ratification of Agreement between Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Cases”
The Agreement aims at establishing legal base for taking joint actions by both states in order to prevent criminal offenses; conduct criminal investigation; and confiscate proceeds of crime.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0022.
“On Ratification of Agreement between Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates on Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters”
The Agreement aims at establishing efficient cooperation between competent bodies of both parties by providing mutual legal assistance in civil and commercial matters and establishing the mechanism of mutual recognition and execution of court judgments.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0021.
“On amendments to article 14 of The Law “On Emergency Medical Services” (re budget funding)
Legislative act suggests the following version of article 14 of the Law “On Emergency Medical Services”:
“1. Financial provision of the system of emergency medical service shall be maintained at the cost of budget funds and in line with budgetary legislation.
2. Funds of enterprises, institutions and organizations, irrespective of form of ownership, as well as voluntary donations from legal and natural persons, charity organizations and citizens’ associations and other sources not prohibited by legislation can be attracted for the development and improvement of material and technical base of the system of emergency medical services”.

“On Debts Repayment of State Coal Enterprises to Ukrainian Social Insurance Fund against accidents at work and occupational diseases that caused disability in Ukraine”
The legislative act restructured debts of state coal-mining enterprises, mines that are preparing to dissolution.
In particular, it is proposed to postpone debt to the Fund by an agreement. The debt will be paid monthly in equal installments over ten years.

“On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Agreements on Production Sharing” (re state regulation of conclusion and implementation of agreements)
The Law establishes that the parties to the production sharing agreement are the investor (investors) and the state in the person of the Cabinet of Ministers. To settle organizational issue of conclusion and fulfillment of production sharing agreements the Cabinet of Ministers establishes a temporary inter-departmental commission involving representatives of state bodies, bodies of local self-government and people’s deputies of Ukraine. Informational, organizational, material and other support of the Inter-departmental Commission is carried out by the central body of executive power, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. The provision on the Inter-departmental Commission is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.

Resolutions on celebration of jubilee and memorable dates, as well as election and dismissal of judges, etc. were adopted.
