The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends that Parliament should withdraw the draft resolution on banning the activity of the Communist Party of Ukraine

The bill (Reg. No. 2777) suggests entrusting the Cabinet of Ministers to provide the request of the Ministry of Justice to the Supreme Court with a lawsuit to ban the Communist Party of Ukraine. It was also suggested that the Cabinet of Ministers should bring its normative legal acts in correspondence with this resolution.
