The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy recommends that Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law on amendments to the Law “On State Registration of Legal Entities and Private Individuals – Entrepreneurs” re abolishing fees for providing information from the Unified State Registry

The bill (Reg. No. 0933) suggests amendments to the current law that abolish fees for extraction, information and statement from the Unified State Registry of legal entities and private individuals – entrepreneurs.   

The Committee members deem the adoption of the bill will reduce cost loading on economic entities.
