The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy recommends that the Parliament should recommit the draft law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding refining the procedure of state registration of termination of entrepreneurial activity of individual entrepreneurs that do not have employees”

The bill (Reg. No. 2409) aims at introducing declarative principle of state registration to terminate entrepreneurial activity of individual entrepreneurs that do not have employees.

Committee members made a number of remarks and suggestions to the bill. Attention was attached to the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat. Particularly, experts believe that the bill should be supplemented with provisions allowing for submission of documents in the e-form during state registration of termination of entrepreneurial activity.

The suggestion to amend part one of article 5 of the Law “On Collection and Registration of a Single Fee for Mandatory State Social Insurance” should be adjusted with the provision of part 6 of article 15 of the Law “On Mandatory Sate Pension Insurance”.
