The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law “On the Main Principles of State Monitoring (control) of Economic Activity” re limitation of interference into the activity of economic agents

The bill (Reg. No. 0937) aims legislatively settle limitation of interference into the activity of economic agents on the part of officials of monitoring bodies when exercising monitoring (control) measures. This shall improve conditions of economic management and efficiency of using production potential.  

Particularly, the bill suggests establish that this law does not apply to relation arising when exercising monitoring measures on adherence to the nuclear and radiation security requirements.  

The draft provides also that "production (manufacturing) or sale of goods, works, services by economic agent are to be suspended only by the decision of the Administrative Court”.

Coordination of measures of state monitoring (control) is carried out by the central body of executive power on implementation of state regulatory policy, licensing system, as well as licensing in the sphere of economic activity in the order established by the Cabinet of Ministers.
