The bill (Reg. No. 2130) suggests specifying cartographic information which is to be added to motion for providing a land plot of state or municipal ownership into free of charge ownership or use.
The document includes the possibility to order elaboration of the land organization plan that allocates a land plot without the respective permission in case, when the respective body did not give such permission in the established order, or did not provide a motivated refusal to grant such permission.
It is suggested establish that violation of the deadline of approval (refusal to approve) of land organization documentation on the part of official entails a fine equal to 30-50 citizens’ personal exemptions.
