The Committee on Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities does not uphold the draft law draft law on certain arrears of aviation state enterprises Antonov State Enterprise and Kharkiv State-Owned Aircraft Production Enterprise and their stable development

The bill (Reg. No. 2474) suggests:

Write off “unpaid on the date of enactment of this Law, arrears of state-owned aviation enterprises for: issued bonds and their interest income; from payment of a single contribution for mandatory state social insurance; for heating, electricity, natural gas and its transportation services and for fines and penalties that are imposed (or shall be imposed) on the day of enactment of this Law.     

Committee members agreed with the remarks of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat.
