The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak stresses on the necessity of creation new work place and importance of preserving the existing work places.
This was stated by Volodymyr Rybak, while communicating with journalists, during his working visit to Chernihiv on Friday.
On examining industrial capacity of CJSC "Chernihiv Car Factory," the Chairman of Parliament noted that today it is very important to draw attention to “include to the state budget issues concerning support of similar enterprises.” As, according to him, the plant producing buses has a huge potential: today more than 200 enterprises from all regions of Ukraine cooperate with it. And it means work places, taxes, budgetary recharges, Volodymyr Rybak stressed.
The Chairman of the Parliament noted that, considering the necessity of renewal of the bus park of city and intercity connection, the enterprise should increase production volume. “City, suburban, tourist, school buses, comfortable trolleybuses of this production may change the appearance of cities and roads in time, make life of Ukrainian citizens more comfortable. Everything is possible if the plant and corporation will overcome current problem of financial and industrial character,” Volodymyr Rybak said.
According to the Chairman of the Management Board of the enterprise V.Kuptsov, today the state enumerates approximately 28 000 “Etalon” buses. Only 3 000 out of them can be called new, as thay work 1-5 years, and 25 000 buses practically exhausted their technical operating life.
On the eve of the International Children’s Day, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine visited regional Social Rehabilitation Center for the disabled children, where he presented gifts for children and new computer for needs of the rehabilitation center.
On
communicating with the participants of the meeting, Volodymyr Rybak stressed
that owing to support of the President of Ukraine, social initiatives are realized;
huge work in social sphere is conducted. “My task for today is to hear people
and do my best to change situation for better, increase pensions, salaries,
preserve work places,” he stressed. “We have to jointly implement reforms,
initiated by the President.”
